Security & Privacy

We treat the protection of your payment data as a priority. All transactions on our website are processed through encrypted connections, and payment details are handled in accordance with PCI-DSS requirements. This means your card information is transmitted and stored using industry-standard security measures.

In order to reduce the risk of unauthorised use of cards, transactions may be subject to additional checks by both our system and your card issuer. For certain payments, you may be asked to complete an extra verification step such as entering a one-time code, confirming a password, or using biometric/2-factor authentication as required by your bank.

If you have questions about how your bank authenticates online payments, please contact the card-issuing bank directly for more information.

Accepted Payment Methods

We currently accept the following credit and debit cards and digital payment options:

  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • American Express
  • Discover
  • JCB
  • Diners Club
  • Apple Pay

At checkout, simply select your preferred method and enter the requested details. Your payment will then be processed securely through our payment service provider.

If Your Payment Is Declined

1. Place a New Order

For security reasons we are not able to reactivate an order after a payment has been declined. If this occurs, you will need to submit a new order once the issue has been resolved.

2. Checks Before Trying Again

To help prevent another decline, please review the following points carefully:

  • Confirm that all card details (card number, expiry date and cardholder name) have been entered correctly.
  • Make sure the security code (CVV/CVC) is typed accurately. This is usually a three-digit number on the back of your card.
  • Your bank or card issuer may have declined the transaction for security or limit reasons. As the specific reason is not shared with us, please contact them directly if you are unsure.
  • If the issue persists, try using an alternative card or another available payment option.

3. 3D Secure and Further Assistance

When a payment fails during 3D Secure verification or a similar authentication step, only your bank can provide detailed information. Please contact your bank to clarify the reason and confirm that online payments are enabled for your card.

If you receive an error message on our website, you are welcome to contact us and include the error text and any relevant screenshots. This information helps us review the issue and support you more efficiently.

Order Confirmation

Once your payment has been successfully processed, an order confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. This message will contain your order number and a summary of the items purchased.

If the confirmation does not appear in your inbox within a short period of time, please check your spam or junk folder. Should you still be unable to locate the email, feel free to contact us and we will be pleased to assist you.
